Core responsibilities
Quantitative Studies and Analysis: Regression (Linear, Logistic, etc.), Time Series Analysis, Multivariate Analysis (Factor Analysis, Cluster Analysis, Discriminant Analysis, Conjoint Analysis, Correspondence Analysis, etc.), Sample Size Calculation, Survey Operations, Experimental Designs, Bayesian and Classical Statistics, Nonparametric Statistics
Qualitative Studies and Strategies: Market Research and Pricing Strategies/Policies
Prepares models with wide array of data to forecast B2B buyer behavior o Maintain pricing models for changing business needs o Collates, analyzes, and interprets data to actionable business intelligence o Drive process improvements via workflow consolidation or by use of technology o Administrator of pricing approval process
Ad Hoc projects as needed
Additional expectations
Highly knowledgeable to different statistical methods/techniques and programming software programs
Utilize Statistical programming software aside from MS Excel (RStudio, Python, SPSS, etc.) in processing pricing data
Responsible in devising and analyzing statistical methods to the pricing data
Evaluate and transform conceptual framework/s into a measurable pricing model/analysis
Comfortable in executing different Statistical methods and programming tools
Contributes to process improvements
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
Requires conceptual and practical expertise in own area
Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate the company in the market
Occasionally leads the work of small project teams; provides informal guidance to junior staff
Works with minimal guidance; Explains difficult or sensitive information to a wide range of audience (from staff to C-suite levels)

Proficient in Excel, Word & Power Point

Other Qualifications/Requirements
Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field
7 or more years of related revenue, pricing, analytical role/experience
Should have a strong operational background when dealing with data collection and research overall; with heavy volume of research, operational efficiencies will consistently need to be identified and implemented.
Ability to work across various industry segments. B2B experience is an asset.
Expert ability to analyze & synthesize large volumes of information into key insights and recommendations that will improve business results.
Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to turn results into actionable plans.
