The Retail Specialist will serve as a critical connector between our corporate retail operations and store teams. This role will report into the VP of Retail, overseeing facilities and procurement for all retail locations, managing vendor relationships, and supporting new store construction and buildouts. The ideal candidate is an operational executor who is passionate about elevating the in-store experience.

About the Job

Facilities and Construction Oversight

  • Lead day-to-day facilities management for all Beyond Yoga retail locations.
  • Partner with Real Estate and Construction teams to manage timelines, budgets, and execution of new store builds and remodels.
  • Sets up most cost effective utilities, service channel access, and tech access for new stores.

 Procurement and Vendor Management

  • Own procurement of all retail operational supplies, including floor and wall fixtures, lighting, mannequins, hangers, and back-of-house equipment.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance to ensure cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

 Retail Communications, Learning and Enablement

  • Own and manage the communication platform for all retail stores, ensuring clear and actionable messaging.
  • Develop and maintain learning and development resources to support store teams in delivering a consistent and elevated customer experience.

 Field Engagement and Process Optimization

  • Regularly visit stores to observe operations, assess process effectiveness, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Store Managers and HQ partners to implement scalable solutions that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

 Budget and Project Management

  • Build and manage budgets for store construction and procurement projects.
  • Track spend against forecast and identify cost-saving opportunities.

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in retail operations, facilities management, retail construction or store development.
  • Proven experience managing projects, procurement, and vendor relationships.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and procurement processes.
  • Travel required regularly to store locations.

This is a hybrid position based in our Culver City, CA headquarters or Levi's San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.

The expected starting salary range for this role is $78,800 - $105,000 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
