Cuyana is now hiring a part-time retail Sales Associate for our Stanford Shopping Center  store location.

RESPONSIBILITIES*
Sales & Client Interaction
- Comfortable greeting guests, checking Customers into appointments, requesting client information for further outreach
 
- Provide excellent personalized customer service and engagement through building relationships with clients
 
- Expert on product and brand knowledge, act as a Cuyana ambassador
 
- Assist customers with purchases, returns, exchanges
 
- Pull sizes and product from stock, assist with monogramming, bagging, and gift wrapping product 
 
- Contribute to the daily personal and store sales targets
 
Operations & Stockroom
- Receive and process stock transfers
 
- Work with management on how to organize, prioritize based on sales, and maximize stock room space
 
- Maintain, clean, and organize stockroom and store, merchandise with direction from manager and product team
 
- Assist with showroom inventory organization and restocking, uphold all visual standards on the floor: tags, stuffing, steaming
 
- Process phone orders and coordinate in-store pick up, and courier same day deliveries (if available)
 
- Cuyana Community - help teammates during peak season, support retail and community events

REQUIREMENTS
- 6+ months customer facing sales driven experience; Apparel / accessories contemporary brand and clienteling experience a plus

Compensation range for this role is $20-22/hr, commensurate with experience
