NCR Atleos, Staffing:
• Staffing deployment projects with technicians of suitable skillset to perform SoW
• Working internally between different teams and externally with the customer to manage dynamic project schedules
• Risk identification and providing solutions to challenges, primary POC for escalations
• Helping evaluate RFQ timeline, pricings, and staffing.
• Participating in candidate interviews
• Coordinate between the Training team and Staffing to ensure the deployment of skilled technicians
• Attending interviews
• Data entry in Candidate report in QB on a daily level (making changes, entering new candidates, adding comments ets)
• Attending meetings with RMO team regarding technicians' readiness
• Providing necessary info and details to present current data
• Negotiating bill rates if needed for certain candidates
