The main roles will include assisting with a mixed research methods study to identify factors that hinder or support rehabilitation delivery from the perspectives of patients who took part in the program and healthcare providers and exercise professionals involved in delivering the program. The study also aims to develop resources to train the next generation of individuals involved in delivering CaRE-AC based on interview findings. The Research Assistant will assist with various research and administrative activities. This includes quality checking interview transcripts, conducting thematic analysis of interviews, planning and facilitating resource development meetings, survey creation and data collection to evaluate the developed resources, and quantitative data analysis. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

Organizational Status
