Job Description:
Dentsu Lithuania are looking for a Research Analyst to join our team and play a key role in helping clients understand their audiences, media behavior, and campaign performance. In this role, you’ll be working on research projects from start to finish—designing surveys, analyzing data, and delivering clear, actionable insights that shape communication and media decisions. Key responsibilities
- Understand client communication goals and translate them into research tasks.
- Design questionnaires and coordinate data collection (consumer surveys, campaign evaluations, etc.).
- Analyze quantitative data and turn it into actionable insights on audiences, media behavior, and campaign performance.
- Work with research and analytics tools (Excel, SPSS).
- Create presentations and deliver results to internal teams and clients in a clear and compelling way.
- Manage research projects from start to finish ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Plan and track project timelines, work assignments, and progress to ensure smooth delivery.
Requirements
- University degree in Sociology, Statistics, Marketing or a related field.
- Experience with consumer or communication-related research is an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking and high attention to detail.
- Confidence working with Excel, SPSS. Experience with Power BI would be an advantage.
- Communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects at once and maintain accuracy.
- Fluency in Lithuania and English (written and spoken).
- Curiosity and motivation to grow into a research expert in the communications field.
