JOB DESCRIPTION
Role Summary
Senior Manager, Process and Execution Risk is responsible for leading Green Dot’s process and execution risk management function with accountability for identifying, assessing, testing, and monitoring risks across Green Dot’s critical business processes. management. This individual is expected to work collaboratively with various stakeholders across the organization and drive the execution of critical time sensitive enterprise risk initiatives.
Develops and maintains Critical Business Process taxonomy and hierarchy for the firm
Maintains risk and control inventory.
Drive routine Risk and Control Risk Assessment (RCSA) across the organization.
Conduct independent testing of key controls and oversee the control testing program of the business
Monitor evolving risks and impacts as part of firm’s New Initiatives and Change Management Programs
10+ years of experience of operational risk experience with US chartered banks
Proven experience leading RCSAs and Control testing programs
Good understanding of regulatory frameworks
Experience working with GRC platforms and risk analytics tools.

Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
