As a Relationship Manager your role is to ensure client retention and growth of the Interleasing portfolio by establishing strong relationships at the business-to-business level to form long term strategic alliances. The way that you will achieve this is as follows:
Provide exceptional service in view of adherence to contractual agreements
Reactivate dormant client relationships
Facilitate client and customer education on product, services and systems
Indicators of success will include launching fleet-management services to new clients, revenue generation, client retention, portfolio profitability, cross selling of the range of company products and up-selling of services.
Key Responsibilities of this role will include:
Maintain and develop strong strategic customer relationships and understanding of client needs.
Conduct a regular structured customer visitation program, ensuring productive relationships are fostered and maintained with key decision makers.
Conduct regular fleet reviews as required and seek opportunities to reduce costs through increased fleet optimisation.
Establish relationships on all levels to ensure decision makers are familiar with the program and our organisation
Adopt a continuous improvement perspective when engaging with external and internal stakeholders to ensure that the customer experience is forefront of mind.
Proactively seek opportunities to up-sell additional Interleasing Connect services to clients to increase portfolio profitability and revenue generation for the organisation.
Cross sell of Maxxia Novated Leasing and Salary Packaging services to existing Interleasing customers.
As a candidate for this role you will have:

Teamwork - proven ability to work in a team environment to improve processes, respond to various demands and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
Planning & Coordination – ability to plan for self and the team and monitor activities in delivery to SLA’s and required timeframes.
Results Focus - Will drive towards completion of tasks and resolution of problems in challenging circumstances.
Adaptability – responds positively and constructively to changing environments and business requirements. Can harness personal energy and manage the team confidently in uncertain times.
