Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Analyst – Level 3 in support of the audit readiness for the Six DFARS Business Systems and to provide full spectrum of regulatory compliance support to the Northrop Grumman Space Systems sector. The Regulatory Compliance Analyst will interface with senior level management and other company personnel to ensure organizational compliance with the DFAR Business Systems requirements, internal procedures, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and other government policies and procedures. This will require the ability to work effectively as a team member within both the Government Compliance function and the overall Northrop Grumman organization.
The selected candidate will report to the Manager of Regulatory Compliance. This role is based in Chandler AZ. We may consider a remote working scenario for this role.

Primary Level Salary Range: $78,700.00 - $124,300.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
