Job Responsibilities 

  • To oversee all Machinery as per section 7 (1) of the Occupational safety & Healthy Act of 2005 and amendment in 2013 

  • Perform condition survey on existing HVAC. 

  • Provide a monthly report of his findings with follow up of previous reports.  

  • Overview the preventive maintenance plan of the hotel. 

  • Perform testing of Kitchen Extraction System  

  • Perform condition survey on hot water distribution system. 

  • Perform condition survey on cold water distribution system. 

  • Perform condition survey on the Fire Fighting System. 

  • Perform condition survey on swimming pool water system. 

  • Perform condition survey on Plant and Machineries available on site. 

  • Perform electrical safety survey on site as per requirements of OSHA 2025. 

  • Prepare Maintenance checklist for plant, machineries and other equipment. 

  • Assisting onsite technicians (for advice of the best practice) In execution of works.  

  • Provide engineering expertise in the preparation of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Plan.  

  • Provide On the Job Training regarding Maintenance Practices to be adopted on site. 

  • Provide On the Job Training to Maintenance staffs pertaining to Engineering Safety to be adopted.  

  • Attend Technical Meeting. 

  • Provide Quality Control Checks and issuance of reports for any new installation/Improvement Mechanical/ Electrical/ Plumbing works. 

  • Carry out of RCD Test Yearly. 

  • Technical Audit Twice a year as per Four Seasons Standards 

  • Any other tasks as might be required by the resort.
