Job Responsibilities
To oversee all Machinery as per section 7 (1) of the Occupational safety & Healthy Act of 2005 and amendment in 2013
Perform condition survey on existing HVAC.
Provide a monthly report of his findings with follow up of previous reports.
Overview the preventive maintenance plan of the hotel.
Perform testing of Kitchen Extraction System
Perform condition survey on hot water distribution system.
Perform condition survey on cold water distribution system.
Perform condition survey on the Fire Fighting System.
Perform condition survey on swimming pool water system.
Perform condition survey on Plant and Machineries available on site.
Perform electrical safety survey on site as per requirements of OSHA 2025.
Prepare Maintenance checklist for plant, machineries and other equipment.
Assisting onsite technicians (for advice of the best practice) In execution of works.
Provide engineering expertise in the preparation of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Plan.
Provide On the Job Training regarding Maintenance Practices to be adopted on site.
Provide On the Job Training to Maintenance staffs pertaining to Engineering Safety to be adopted.
Attend Technical Meeting.
Provide Quality Control Checks and issuance of reports for any new installation/Improvement Mechanical/ Electrical/ Plumbing works.
Carry out of RCD Test Yearly.
Technical Audit Twice a year as per Four Seasons Standards.
Any other tasks as might be required by the resort.
