Christiana Hospital is offering a unique opportunity to join our Operating Room Nurse Fellowship Program — a 26-week paid orientation designed to prepare you for a successful transition into the OR.

💼 About the Fellowship

This immersive program includes:

• Rotations across all surgical specialties

• Perioperative didactic coursework

• Hands-on clinical training

• Mentorship from experienced OR nurses

By the end of the fellowship, you’ll be fully prepared to function independently as an Operating Room RN.

🕒 Shift Details

• Orientation: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

• Post-orientation: Day/Mid-shift (11:00 AM–7:30 PM), with occasional evening/midnight shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call per department needs.

✅ Qualifications

• BSN preferred (or commitment to obtain within 3 years)

• BLS certification required

• Must meet one of the following:

  • Minimum 2 years RN experience (Med/Surg or Stepdown preferred)

  • Minimum 2 years as a Certified Surgical Technologist + RN program completion

Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05

This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
