Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).

  • Coordinate and collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the best outcomes for patients.

  • Educate patients and families on care plans, recovery, and health maintenance.

  • Monitor, document, and report patient progress accurately and promptly.

  • Support the team with leadership, critical thinking, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

  • Current RN licensure in the State of Virginia (or compact state).

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 90 days of hire.

  • BSN or MSN preferred.

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and critical-thinking skills.
