Job Description:
Winchester Hospital, a member of Beth Israel Lahey Health, has a registered nurse opening in our emergency room. Be part of the mission to deliver exceptional personalized care within our 5x Magnet-designated, Top 10 Massachusetts recognized 223-bed hospital.
As a Registered Nurse for our Emergency Room Team, you will be responsible for the following:
Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness
Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient
Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes
Qualifications:
Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required. Preferred: BSN requirement strongly encouraged.
Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred.
Schedule: Three 12 hour shifts including every third weekend and holiday group rotation

Pay Range:
$36.00 - $90.14The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
