Radiology nurses also oversee care across multiple modalities including CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Diagnostic X-ray, Nuclear Medicine, and PET. Patients seen in this department often require life-saving interventions, and nurses are trained to provide high-level clinical assessments, sedation monitoring, and post-procedural care.

This fast-paced unit is staffed by nurses who are highly skilled in procedural nursing, sedation management, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Radiology nurses are essential in ensuring safe, efficient, and compassionate care for both inpatient and outpatient populations undergoing complex imaging and interventional procedures.
