Job Description Summary:

Financial Services is recruiting a Service Delivery Lead on the Global Payroll Team supporting North America Payroll Operations and Payroll Accounting. This role will primarily focus on project management, communication, and metric reporting for all major functions within North American Payroll and Payroll Accounting Additionally, this role will partner with Service Delivery Leads in other payroll regions on global initiatives and aligning metrics . This role involves building strong partnerships with various internal and external stakeholders to tackle various challenges and continuously improve operations The Service Delivery Lead – North America will report to the Senior Director of Global Payroll – North America. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide project leadership for initiatives for the North American Payroll region and Payroll Accounting  driving alignment and accountability with all appropriate internal and external partners 

  • Provide project leadership for Global Payroll initiatives as assigned - driving alignment and accountability with all appropriate internal and external partners 

  • Partner with other regional payroll service delivery leads (EMEA, LATAM, and APAC) to drive alignment and accountability on global payroll projects and metrics 

  • Analyzing and summarizing data from multiple sources in meaningful ways to help Global Payroll leaders make informed decisions 

  • Build and deliver meaningful communications tailored for various internal and external stakeholder meetings 

  • Plan and influence end-to-end process improvements in Global Payroll with internal and external stakeholders, including opportunities for automation and digitization

What you need to be successful 

  • You bring 3+ years of relevant experience to the role. You will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders , including but not limited to Benefits, Global Equity, Global Mobility, Total Rewards, Treasury, Human Resources, and external vendors.  

  • You have good interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships This includes the ability to find and partner with the right people and resources to meet role objectives, provide expertise, and adequately address challenges in a fast-paced environment 

  • You have experience in managing global projects involving multiple stakeholders with limited supervision. This includes managing project timelines, partnering with the right people and resources, utilizing meaningful project tools, and providing regular project communication as appropriate to meet project objectives and timelines. 

  • Fluent in written and spoken English skills, knowledge of other languages is desirable. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the desire and ability to work with people from various countries and cultures. 

 

Qualifications & Requirements 

  • Bachelors Degree in business disciplines (i.e., Accounting, Finance, Management, Marketing, etc.) from an accredited college or university 

  • 3+years of professional experience with a company or organization with annual revenue of $1 billion or greater 

  • Experience inleading global projects for large organizations 

  • Experience in analyzing and consolidating information from multiple sources 

  • Experience in tracking and reporting metrics to internal and/or external stakeholders  

  • Experience in developing and delivering presentations to large groups or senior leaders 

  • Excellent communication skills 

  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel  

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure is a plus 

  • Highly organized with attention to detail 

  • Experience in Payroll is a plus 

  • Experience in Accounting is a plus

Pay Range:

$101,000 - $118,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
