The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the formulation and achievement of company agreed sales objectives and for their team’s productivity. Reporting to the UK & Ireland Head of Sales, this role is responsible for hiring, managing, coaching, developing and directing a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Practice Solutions Managers (PSMs) to achieve revenue and sales targets which will impact on company results. The Regional Sales Manager is tasked with building a high performing team whilst creating a supportive environment that champions personal and team development. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for collecting and analyzing business insights for their Sales region and proposing strategies to the Marketing & Key Accounts team to achieve company sales targets.
