Regional Marketing & Communications

Plan and implement marketing and communication strategies tailored to the regional market. Adapt global campaigns to ensure cultural relevance and strong engagement with local audiences. Coordinate with local partners, media, and internal teams to enhance brand visibility and achieve regional business objectives. The primary goal is to strengthen the organization’s presence and impact within the assigned region through targeted, effective marketing and communication initiatives.

Essential responsibilities or duties:

Execute regional marketing and communication strategies aligned with corporate goals and brand guidelines. Adapt and localize global campaigns to fit regional markets, ensuring cultural relevance and audience resonance. Manage regional brand presence and reputation through consistent messaging across all communication channels. Plan and coordinate marketing activities and events that promote brand visibility and support sales objectives. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., media, agencies, distributors) to ensure cohesive campaign execution. Create, review, and manage content for digital platforms, press materials, and promotional assets tailored to the region. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Oversee regional communication channels and media relations, ensuring timely and effective dissemination of key messages.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

EXPERIENCE

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in marketing and communications, preferably in a regional or multinational context.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and media relations.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and CRM or content management systems is an asset.

Marketing & Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of integrated marketing communications, branding, and campaign management.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, analytics platforms).
  • Experience with content creation, copywriting, and storytelling tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, CMS platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (and other regional languages, if applicable).
  • Strong presentation and public relations abilities, including media engagement.
  • Culturally sensitive communicator capable of adapting messages for varied audiences.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and regions.

Managerial & Organizational Skills

  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and external vendors or agencies.
  • Adaptable and resourceful in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
