As our Regional Manager for Rare Disease, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our European operations. By leading a high-performing team and collaborating with cross-functional colleagues, you’ll drive the success of our Rare Disease portfolio while making a meaningful impact on patients’ lives. A Typical Day:

  • Lead and manage a team of Regional Sales Representatives, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

  • Drive the EU4+UK P&L, ensuring alignment with financial and strategic objectives.

  • Develop and implement short- and mid-term plans to achieve sustainable profit growth.

  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and other cross-functional teams to meet operational and performance goals.

  • Establish and maintain effective product distribution models across EU4+UK and other European markets.

  • Build long-term strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including physicians, payers, and patient organizations.

  • Represent Regeneron in global and regional forums, advocating for our corporate brand and innovative medicines.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and corporate standards across all activities.

To Be Considered: We are seeking a seasoned professional with a minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical or biotech commercial management and leadership roles. A proven track record in country management or business unit leadership within the European rare disease market is essential. You should bring strong commercial expertise, including successful product launches, and have established relationships with key stakeholders in the industry. An advanced degree in science or business is required, with a preference for candidates with knowledge of the European gene therapy market and fluency in additional languages such as German, French, Italian, or Spanish.
