Job Summary:
The Recruiting Sourcer is responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying top talent across all DocGo divisions to support critical hiring initiatives. This role will partner closely with Recruiters, the Talent Acquisition Manager, and market leadership to build strong candidate pipelines for both current and future openings. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, digitally savvy, and highly skilled at uncovering talent through innovative sourcing method

Responsibilities:  

  • Proactively source, identify, and engage potential candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, online communities, Boolean search techniques, and direct outreach. 
  • Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand position requirements, target profiles, and hiring priorities across DocGo’s Medical Transport, HPP, Mobile Health, and Shared Service divisions. 
  • Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions. 
  • Conduct initial outreach and screening conversations to assess candidate interest, qualifications, and alignment with DocGo’s mission and values. 
  • Leverage DocGo’s applicant tracking system (Workday Recruiting) to manage candidate flow, update records, and ensure accurate data tracking. 
  • Utilize analytics and data insights to report on sourcing activity, conversion rates, and market trends. 
  • Develop and maintain a database of prospective candidates for future hiring needs (“talent pools”). 
  • Collaborate with Marketing and People teams to enhance employer branding and online visibility through targeted outreach campaigns. 
  • Attend virtual and in-person job fairs, community events, and networking sessions as needed to support recruitment initiatives. 
  • Uphold DocGo’s commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging throughout all sourcing activities.

Qualifications:  

  •  2+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition (agency or in-house). 

  • Proven success building pipelines for healthcare, operations, or technology roles preferred. 

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday Recruiting strongly preferred). 

  • Strong understanding of Boolean search techniques and social sourcing strategies. 

  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. 

  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Proficiency in Indeed Resume Search and other sourcing tools. 

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor Degree preferred)
