Pay Range: $28 - $32 per hour
Employment Type: Temporary, 3-6 month contract
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Job Summary:
The Recruiting Sourcer is responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying top talent across all DocGo divisions to support critical hiring initiatives. This role will partner closely with Recruiters, the Talent Acquisition Manager, and market leadership to build strong candidate pipelines for both current and future openings. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, digitally savvy, and highly skilled at uncovering talent through innovative sourcing method
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition (agency or in-house).
Proven success building pipelines for healthcare, operations, or technology roles preferred.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday Recruiting strongly preferred).
Strong understanding of Boolean search techniques and social sourcing strategies.
Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Indeed Resume Search and other sourcing tools.
