Baierl Toyota of Cranberry is Looking for a Receptionist

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing professional, courteous, and exceptional service to our loyal clientele. The front desk Receptionist plays a key role in maintaining the store’s reputation and image as the first point of contact

What you will be doing?

  • Greet and assist customers who enter the showroom
  • Answer & direct incoming calls and inquiries
  • Assist the Office Manager and/or General Manager with various clerical duties, as needed.

Who are we looking for?

  • A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
  • Must be able to work Saturdays
  • Polished and professional demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous Receptionist experience is a plus.

Pay Range: $18-$22
