Job Description
Major accountabilities:
- Define and manage regional REFS strategic planning and support global REFS strategy development.
- Lead strategic initiatives and programmes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful implementation.
- Develop business cases, reports, and senior leadership presentations, including advanced storytelling and messaging.
- Perform benchmarking and productivity analysis to drive continuous improvement across REFS functions.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to manage demand, risks, KPIs, and strategic priorities.
- Facilitate change management approaches for implementing strategic plans and initiatives.
- Provide leadership in performance management, issue resolution, and sharing best practices across REFS.
- Support development of reporting for senior leadership, ensuring clarity and impact in executive communications.
- Actively participate in global REFS initiatives to maximise enterprise-wide opportunities and synergies.
- Drive improvement workstreams across all REFS areas, ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment.
Minimum Requirements:
Work Experience:
- 8–10 years of professional experience in real estate, strategic planning, or corporate portfolio management, with 3–5 years in a leadership or senior advisory role involving global or regional strategy.
- Proven expertise in strategic planning, business case development, and driving productivity initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
- Strong exposure to risk assessment, demand management, and performance management frameworks, along with advanced skills in preparing executive-level presentations and reports.
- Background in corporate real estate, facilities management, or related sectors, ideally with global or regional experience in a multinational environment.
