Lending Solutions form the industry standard, web-based platform dedicated to automating the lifecycle of trades in the global loan markets. The loan settlement platform simplifies trade settlement by providing a fully digitized, integrated, collaborative, real-time platform for buyers, sellers, service providers and agent banks to capture, acknowledge, and settle primary and secondary market loan trades. It provides secure messaging solutions to improve settlement liquidity and efficiency in the loan markets, facilitates post-trade automation, and provide real-time reporting based on the status of open and historical trades. The wider business includes the leading global site for loan position reconciliation as well as secure wire instructions / administrative details, making our team a highly desirable environment for technology professionals interested in working for the global leader in the syndicated loan ecosystem.

The Impact:

We are looking for an experienced technologist to become a member of the Loan Platforms development team based in Gurgaon, India. This person will work closely with existing team members in this dynamic and challenging industry to develop and maintain innovative solutions for state-of-the-art centralized loans settlement platform, with emphasis on test ability, and leveraging existing components to accomplish timely delivery of software products according to the business schedule.

Being chiefly responsible for ongoing UI development with .Net technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Solve complex, non-routine to complex problems and determine the best solution through cost/benefit analysis.
  • Determine methods and procedures for new or special assignments.
  • Recommend new products and provide guidance and expertise in their development using in-depth knowledge of various software languages. Considered to have mastered one or more programming languages.
  • Translate specifications / diagrams / workflows built in Figma/UI templating tools to Angular framework pages
  • Build support for Single SPA / Micro frontend components into our existing framework
  • Play a key role in the development team to build high-quality, high-performance, scalable code
  • Participate in complete SDLC process (design, development, and support) of tech solutions
  • Active participation in all scrum ceremonies, follow AGILE best practices effectively.
  • Produce technical design documents and conduct technical walkthroughs
  • Document and demonstrate solutions using technical design docs, diagrams and stubbed code.
  • Work collaboratively with business partners to understand and clarify requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Actively participate in the production issues resolutions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 8+ years of application development experience
  • Strong experience with C# development and the .Net Framework
  • Strong understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools
  • Expertise with HTML, JavaScript and UI technologies like ReactJS and J Query
  • History of applying processes that help ensure high quality software such as using Test Driven Development, using unit testing to raise code coverage and experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment 
  • Experience with developing and deployments of software as API’s or frameworks 
  • Experience with data access and service-related technologies including entity framework, ADO.NET, Web API.
  • Experience using AI coding assistants (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Code Whisperer) to accelerate development while maintaining high code quality.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing MCP servers to enable seamless integration between AI assistants and external systems, tools, and data sources.
  • Strong familiarity with agentic AI principles, including autonomous decision-making systems, adaptive learning mechanisms, and intelligent agent architectures that can operate independently while learning from interactions.
  • Advanced skills in prompt engineering techniques and model fine-tuning to optimize AI performance for specific use cases and domain requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with leading agentic frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, and similar platforms for building sophisticated AI agent systems and workflows.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our applications remain cutting-edge.
  • Understanding and implementation of Data Contracts for reliable data exchange across microservices or domains.
  • Familiarity with serverless, event-driven, and edge computing paradigms for building scalable modern SaaS platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with micro frontend architecture, enabling independent deployment, modular ownership, and better scalability across product teams — ideally integrated with AI-driven tooling to scaffold or refactor both front-end and back-end components.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science and/or Certified Development Program.
