Job Description Summary

We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to support cost estimation, procurement, and tender coordination for multiple interior and fit-out projects across commercial and banking sectors. This role requires a strong background in interior construction, cost control, and vendor management to ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.

About the Role:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation for interior and fit-out works including renovations and corporate office upgrades.

  • Evaluate contractor quotations, analyze pricing breakdowns, and negotiate to optimize project costs, ensuring alignment with market benchmarks.

  • Support project teams with cost tracking, change orders, and value engineering recommendations.

  • Manage supplier and subcontractor databases, including regional vendors outside Jabodetabek, ensuring cost competitiveness, reliability, and contact readiness.

  • Conduct site visits for progress verification, material checks, and quality compliance.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Designer or related field.

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in QS or cost control, ideally from interior contractor or fit-out background.

  • Strong understanding of interior materials, MEP coordination, and design-to-build processes.

  • Skilled in cost estimation, tender comparison, and contract administration.

  • Proactive, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously.

  • Demonstrates strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English, effectively engaging with local and regional stakeholders
