About the Role:
Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation for interior and fit-out works including renovations and corporate office upgrades.
Evaluate contractor quotations, analyze pricing breakdowns, and negotiate to optimize project costs, ensuring alignment with market benchmarks.
Support project teams with cost tracking, change orders, and value engineering recommendations.
Manage supplier and subcontractor databases, including regional vendors outside Jabodetabek, ensuring cost competitiveness, reliability, and contact readiness.
Conduct site visits for progress verification, material checks, and quality compliance.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Designer or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in QS or cost control, ideally from interior contractor or fit-out background.
Strong understanding of interior materials, MEP coordination, and design-to-build processes.
Skilled in cost estimation, tender comparison, and contract administration.
Proactive, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously.
Demonstrates strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English, effectively engaging with local and regional stakeholders
