Quality Systems Manager

China, Hong Kong Full time

Work location: Shenzhen/Jiangmen, China (5 days station, with Company hostel and transportation)

Job responsibilities:

1. Oversee the APG Asia Quality Systems for locations in SJ, KM, and India; and lead and facilitate the APG QSE team.

2. Manage and maintain certifications and compliance with, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, QC080000, VDA 6.3; and identify & facilitate training.

3. Coordinate and conduct internal quality audits (IQA), LPA, VDA6.3 process, CQI and dock audits, etc.

4. Prepare and support Functional Teams for customer audits; and support to review and feedback of different customer questionnaires.

5. Organize QS Management Reviews for APG including the tracking of customer feedback score cards and related quality performance.

6. Update & maintain APG procedures, work instructions (WI), and forms to align with quality standards & customer specified requirements.

7. Support the organization in implementing and managing enterprise projects tied to quality systems.

8. Maintain and mange with Functions for the compliance with product safety standards, including E4 and E24 certifications.

9. Support the development and rollout of Quality Endtoend, digitization and AI projects and related quality system alignments.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, Engineering majors are preferred.

2. 5+ years of experience in a team management role to lead and motivate the Quality System Engineers (QSE) team and Functional Teams effectively.

3. In-depth knowledge of quality management standards, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, Core Tools, QC080000, VDA6.3, CQI and different OEM and Tier-one customer specified requirements.

4. Good in English and Mandarin, Cantonese is an advantage.

5. Expertise in planning, preparing and managing customer, and third-party audits; and very good problem-solving skills.

6. Excellent communication skills to facilitate interactions with various stakeholders with very good logical and positive mindset.

7. Experience in Industrial 4.0, digitization and AI are an advantage.

8. Good experience in automotive industries, especially in handling OEMs and Tier-one customers.
