This position focuses on Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) provider quality and will evaluate HCBS waiver, Habilitation, CNRS providers, and self-directed services to ensure quality and compliance with state and federal rules and laws and industry best practice standards. The HCBS Provider Quality Specialist works with providers to remediate issues found through the evaluation process and provide technical assistance and support throughout the quality oversight review.
