Overview:

2020 Companies is hiring a full-time remote Auditor for our Quality Audit Team!

Pay: $19.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented auditor to evaluate credit card sales interactions, ensuring compliance and quality standards are consistently met. The successful candidate will review and score agent performance through recorded calls and submitted materials, providing insights that drive coaching and continuous improvement. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Job Description:

  • Evaluate audio recording audits from field agents to ensure compliance with credit card sales expectations and MBO requirements
  • Audit field performance by listening to and scoring audio recordings and providing manager-level coaching and feedback to field team leadership to drive performance improvement
  • Escalate to Program Management any findings or trends that raise compliance or quality concerns
  • Provide insight and feedback from specific agent recordings to program managers to identify coaching and training opportunities
  • Generate reports and tracking metrics related to audit volume, performance trends, and quality outcomes
  • Communicate promptly and professionally with all employees and internal stakeholders
  • Deliver accurate and timely information in response to inquiries and correspondence
  • Maintain a high level of customer service in all inbound and outbound communications
  • Proactively anticipate potential issues and work collaboratively to resolve them efficiently
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Performance Measurements

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through consistent audit and review processes
  • Meet weekly and monthly audit completion goals
  • Maintain a strong emphasis on audit quality, timeliness, and actionable feedback

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Business or related degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative, auditing, or customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong prioritization, organizational, and time management abilities with close attention to detail
  • Demonstrated judgment, problem-solving, and follow-through capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Experience in quality assurance, auditing, or compliance within a sales environment preferred
