Overview:

Pay: $19.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday

Job Description:
- Evaluate audio recording audits from field agents to ensure compliance with credit card sales expectations and MBO requirements
- Audit field performance by listening to and scoring audio recordings and providing manager-level coaching and feedback to field team leadership to drive performance improvement
- Escalate to Program Management any findings or trends that raise compliance or quality concerns
- Provide insight and feedback from specific agent recordings to program managers to identify coaching and training opportunities
- Generate reports and tracking metrics related to audit volume, performance trends, and quality outcomes
- Communicate promptly and professionally with all employees and internal stakeholders
- Deliver accurate and timely information in response to inquiries and correspondence
- Maintain a high level of customer service in all inbound and outbound communications
- Proactively anticipate potential issues and work collaboratively to resolve them efficiently
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Performance Measurements
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through consistent audit and review processes
- Meet weekly and monthly audit completion goals
- Maintain a strong emphasis on audit quality, timeliness, and actionable feedback
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Business or related degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative, auditing, or customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong prioritization, organizational, and time management abilities with close attention to detail
- Demonstrated judgment, problem-solving, and follow-through capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Experience in quality assurance, auditing, or compliance within a sales environment preferred
