In this role, you will:

This role reports to the QA Supervisor and works to ensure the quality and accuracy of information in our systems and related outputs.

  • Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.
  • Assists in submitting reports and forms to government agencies
  • Assist Lab/Sales/Operations teams with data entry, data retrieval, analysis work or other administrative tasks
  • Will quality check slides and works with lab teams to correct any issues identified
  • Responds to customer calls related to insurance filings of their cases
  • Assists with troubleshooting and correcting complex issues
  • Will contact clinics for missing patient information
  • Ensures all needed insurance information is received and entered into systems correctly.
  • May perform other relates tasks as needed.

All you need is:

  • High School diploma, Associates Degree in Business Administration, Medical Technology or related field preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace; Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Familiarity with laboratory equipment and processes
  • Data entry: 1 year (Preferred)
  • At least 1 year of lab experience,
  • Ability to manage a multitude of tasks at any one given time.
