The Directory Data Governance (DDG) is an operational organization residing within the Provider Process and Network Operations Organization. DDG is integral to the Humana enterprise and supports provider directory accuracy. DDG’s focus is ensuring the providers’ s demographic information, panel status and vendor numbers are accurate. The DDG team makes quarterly outbound calls to contracted Medicare providers as requested by the Center for Medicaid & Medicare Services (CMS). DDG uses the information obtained during these outreaches to ensure that Humana members view the most accurate data when searching Physician Finder Plus. • Makes 20-30 outbound calls to provider offices daily
• Obtain demographic and address information to ensure the provider directory is accurate
• Enter 15-20 provider data updates daily in Provider Data Exchange (PDX) that will update Humana’s directory systems
• Determines whether the information obtained can be updated by DDG or needs to be sent to the Market for updates

Required Qualifications – What it takes to Succeed
⦁ Minimum of 1 year professional experience in a metric driven setting
⦁ Minimum of 1 year of administrative support and data entry or phone environment experience
⦁ Minimum of 1 year of healthcare related background
⦁ Understanding of Medicare or Medicaid
⦁ Experience in provider data management systems
⦁ Understanding of healthcare provider types, specialties or network structures
⦁ Experience interpreting reports and data extracts to identify trends or discrepancies
⦁ Experience using multiple computer applications simultaneously
⦁ Self-starter with excellent time management skills
⦁ Work well independently and as a team
⦁ Comfortable with constant process changes/adapting to new processes
⦁ Prior experience using Microsoft Office Programs, including Word, Excel, OneNote PowerPoint
⦁ This role will need to work EST/CST hours
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with APEX, PIMS, PAAG, PMDM
Previous inbound/outbound call center or related customer service experience
Provider installation experience

Additional Information
Hours: Dependent on candidate location. Monday – Friday, first 90 days 7:00am – 3:30pm.
Flex time available after probation. Department operating hours 6am – 6pm but must log in by 9:00am. 40-hour work week.
Training: Remote with camera, 3 weeks classroom style instruction with a trainer working tasks.
Work at Home Requirements
• To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:
· At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested
· Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership
· Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
· Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
· Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
