Key Role:
Assume responsibility for the development of client facing presentations by working directly with the capture and proposal team by driving the market team towards successful awards. Construct overall storyboards and highly innovative solution concepts, align technical and management concepts to proven methodologies and innovative frameworks and develop compliant and compelling proposal responses. Apply analytical and critical thinking skills to deliver a structured methodology and process for all aspects of complex responses for Federal Government proposals. Ensure the solution design and architecture will score strengths and resonate with clients. Help team members organize their thoughts and enable them to successfully deliver key points. Work with senior leaders to develop schedules with client focused simulations that will be used to evaluate the team’s ability to meet client expectations. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience with multi-discipline solutioning for Government clients
3+ years of experience with the direct management of complex solutions and development of proposal efforts for defense community and government clients in excess of $250M
Experience in developing complex technical solutions for large strategic proposal efforts
Ability to lead teams and stakeholders of all levels throughout the acquisition process
Ability to present to executive leadership
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience working on solutions in an assisted acquisition environment, such as FEDSIM
Experience with the business development life cycle and solution selling methodologies
Experience with Microsoft Office products
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $142,900.00 to $266,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
