WinnCompanies is looking for a motivated Property Manager II to join our team at North Mountain Village, a 200-unit affordable housing community located in El Paso, TX.
In this role, you will manage, market and maintain the apartment community and its residents and staff meeting the financial objectives of the owner and management company. The ideal candidate will comply with all applicable regulatory standards and requirements.
This position pays an annual salary of $41,600 per year. Additionally, the regular work schedule is as follows: Monday through Friday, from 9:00AM to 6:00PM, with rotational Saturdays 8:00AM to 5:00PM MST.
