WinnCompanies is looking for a Property Manager II to join our team. You will split your time between Columbia Square and Claudell Lane: both of which are located in Columbia, MO and have 175 total units.
In this role, you will effectively manage, market, and maintain the apartment community, meet the financial objectives of the owner and management company, and comply with all applicable regulatory standards and requirements.
Please note that the pay range for this position is $60,000 to $62,500 per year plus a bonus up to 10% annually, depending on experience. Please note that the selected candidate will adhere to the following work schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM.
