WinnCompanies is searching for an agile and motivated Property Manager I to join our team at Baldwin Hills Apartments, a 59-unit affordable housing community located in Los Angeles, CA.
In this role, you will effectively manage, market, and maintain the apartment community, meet the financial objectives of the owner and management company, and comply with all applicable regulatory standards and requirements.
Please note that the pay rate for this position is $25.00 to $28.00 per hour. The selected candidate will adhere to the following schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, with on-call activity as needed.
