The Sales Inside team supports the sales activities of Hunter Douglas Architectural Projects in the Netherlands. The main goal of this job is to handle project quotations and orders correctly and on time, stay in close contact with the sales team, and make sure customers are well informed during the project process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and follow up quotations together with the external sales team.
  • Create and process orders in SAP, from order entry to invoicing.
  • Enter and update project and customer information in Super Office.
  • Check delivery dates, transport, and billing details in SAP and coordinate with planning, logistics, and finance.
  • Communicate with clients, architects, and contractors about projects and requests.
  • Support smooth cooperation between sales, production, and logistics.
  • Keep track of project progress and report possible delays.
  • Answer incoming questions about products, prices, and documentation.
  • Help with monthly sales reports and planning.
  • Work closely with other Sales Inside colleagues and share knowledge.

Required Skills and Experience

  • MBO level, preferably in a commercial or technical direction.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar sales support or office role.
  • Good communication skills in Dutch; English is a plus.
  • Accurate, organized, and proactive way of working.
  • Experience with MS Office and SAP; knowledge of Super Office is an advantage.
  • Interest in architectural or technical products is a plus.
  • Working Relations
  • Reports to the General Manager HDAP Netherlands.
  • Works closely with the external sales team in the Netherlands and Belgium.
  • Has regular contact with planning, production, logistics, and finance departments.

  • Quotations and orders are handled correctly and on time in SAP and Super Office.
  • Good communication between inside and outside sales.
