The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead the Warranty Management and Technical Assistance department for our Power Transformers product line across South America. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and strategic alignment across multiple technical teams located in different factories / countries. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, technical, and project management skills, with a deep understanding of transformer technology and its operations.
How You´ll Make an Impact:
Lead and manage the Warranty & Technical Assistance teams across multiple South America locations.
Define and implement departmental strategies aligned with company goals and customer expectations.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and customer-centricity.
Oversee warranty claims, root cause analysis, and resolution processes.
Coordinate technical assistance projects, including site interventions.
Ensure timely and cost-effective execution of projects, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding warranty and technical support matters.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and PM teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
Monitor KPIs related to warranty costs, response times, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
Prepare and present regular reports to senior leadership on departmental performance and improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with regional regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for warranty and service operations.
