What's exciting about the role

This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring successful project execution, customer satisfaction, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and risk management skills, and be comfortable working cross-functionally with development, business analysis, and support teams.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the focal point for assigned customers, managing relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Lead demand planning operations in collaboration with customers.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
  • Organize and plan project tasks, schedules, and resources in coordination with development teams and Software Development Managers.
  • Conduct project kick-off meetings when required.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks and issues.
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders and key participants.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
  • Work closely with Business Analysts to analyze requirements and provide accurate estimates.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of project status reports.
  • Ensure automated delivery of project components.
  • Supervise homologation processes and compliance mandates handled by Business Analysts.
  • Participate in weekly follow-up sessions with customers to review progress and address concerns.
  • Provide on-call support as needed to address urgent project or customer issues.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role managing complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with software development teams and technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with compliance and homologation processes is a plus.
  • Comfortable with customer-facing responsibilities and on-call support.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
  • Experience in software or technology-driven environments.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
