The Client Onboarding organization is responsible for accurate, efficient, effective and timely onboarding of clients across all businesses and geographies at Nelnet. We are looking for a Project Manager in our Lincoln office to plan and execute various onboarding projects and other responsibilities.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Planning and successful execution of multiple onboarding projects through cross functional collaboration
Performing analysis/due diligence, creating clear and attainable objectives and building project requirements
Actively tracking each aspect of project performance against schedules and critical paths
Providing status reporting and updates on issue resolution
Delivering against agreed cost, time, scope and quality constraints
Coordinating and promoting continuous improvement of workflows, procedures, processes and standards
EDUCATION:
Bachelors required.
EXPERIENCE:
3 + years in project management experience
Experience in end to end onboarding and implementation
PMP Certification a plus
Experience with Microsoft project, JIRA and confluence.
