Position Overview
Reporting to the Senior Director, ERP & Enterprise Applications, the IT Project Manager leads the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects. This role requires a blend of project management expertise, technical proficiency, and business acumen to drive impactful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end management of multiple IT projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives, requirements, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
· Manage vendors from contract signing through warranty period.
· Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
· Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
· Track progress and key performance indicators; provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
· Foster transparent communication and collaboration across project teams and stakeholders.
· Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions to drive continuous improvement.
· Develop change management and communication plans for all projects.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
· Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and project management methodologies.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
· 7+ years of IT project management experience, with a proven record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
· Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
· Experience developing strategic plans, business cases, and project charters.
· Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities; able to bridge technical and non-technical groups.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
· Business acumen in project planning and management.
· Experience managing software projects and ERP implementations is highly desirable.
· PMP certification is highly desirable.
· Successful candidates must pass a background check.
