Rockall - A Broadridge Business (Broadridge Ireland) is looking for a full-time Project Manager responsible for managing and coordinating client projects. The successful candidate will work closely with the client to agree on the project scope and plan and ensure the project adheres to internal delivery standards and ensuring both client and internal teams are held accountable.

Strong influencing skills are needed to keep deliveries on track and ensure contractual obligations are met.

Role Responsibilities

  • Successful planning, management, and delivery of assigned projects, including:

  • Maintaining high levels of internal and external client satisfaction through communication, flawless execution and engagement of stakeholders.

  • Ensuring that all stakeholders are working to a common feature driven development methodology with appropriate external (client) and internal (delivery) prioritization and alignment.

  • Drafting, negotiating and agreeing statements of work with clients.

  • Project revenue forecasting, tracking and management, both internally and externally with clients.

  • Maintaining communication throughout a project’s lifecycle in a consistent manner, with regular status reports, as well as holding internal teams accountable for tasks and delivery.

  • Collaborating with all partners to ensure successful customer delivery.

  • Building positive relationships with Customer Delivery, Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Services and Support teams.

  • Identifying, managing and mitigating risks and issues that occur during the project.

  • Actively monitoring and reviewing processes and driving initiatives to continually improve them.

Required Experience

  • 5+ years Project Management experience with client interaction and cross functional teams in software product delivery, ideally within a FinTech or similar software technology company.

  • Sufficient technical skills to be able to work effectively across different technical and functional teams, and to understand and challenge the detail.

  • Strong leadership qualities and self-motivated.

  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving and negotiation skills for mutually successful outcomes.

  • Process driven, with ability to decide on deviations and assess the risks.

  • Great interpersonal skills and the ability to influence effective outcomes.

  • Ability to balance client and company needs / requirements and control project scope.

  • Able to work effectively under pressure, be flexible and adapt to a dynamic work environment.

  • Ability to learn the business domain.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with stakeholders at any level.

  • Relevant 3rd level degree or professional qualification.

  • High standard of English.

  • Based and eligible to work in Ireland.

  • Working in a hybrid model.
