Job Description:
Project Leadership & Delivery
• Own the full project lifecycle from initiation through delivery, service transition, and post-implementation benefits tracking, meeting SQCD targets.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
• Define scope, WBS, and realistic schedules; manage multi-release plans and dependencies across teams and suppliers.
• Own budget planning and control (CapEx/OpEx), forecasts, variances, and earned value; drive scenario planning and cost optimization.
Stakeholder Management
• Align stakeholders across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Finance, Customer Services, and Cybersecurity. Facilitate decision-making in a multi-cultural, multi-site context.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units
• Conduct regular project reviews and executive reporting
Team Leadership
• Lead cross-functional project teams of 15+ members from different functional departments (e.g.: developers, analysts, and specialists)
• Mentor junior project managers and team members
• Foster collaborative work environment and drive team performance
• Coordinate with global teams across different time zones and cultures
Risk, compliance, and security
• Proactively manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID), including supply chain and cybersecurity risks. Ensure compliance with Export Control/ITAR, EHS, and Airbus IM standards.
• Oversee Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery requirements and ensure Security-by-Design and privacy-by-design practices.
