You will support the San Diego campus, Network Solutions Business Unit (BU). This BU creates the next generation of communications and signal processing systems. We take ideas from concept to working systems aboard the world’s most advanced platforms right here in San Diego. We design in our campus of labs and on-site advanced manufacturing just minutes from the beach and everything for which southern California is famous. What You'll Get to Do:
· Supports the oversight and management of the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management
· Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports
· Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
We are looking for you to join our team as a Project Management/EVMS Analyst based out of San Diego, CA.
Basic Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with a minimum of 2 years of related experience or a Master's Degree with related experience
· Experience in program/project planning and scheduling, logistics or supply chain
· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Project, PowerPoint, and Excel (creating formulas, and pivot tables)
· The ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance is required
· US citizenship required
Preferred Qualifications:
· Aerospace/Defense Industry experience
· Experience with EVMS and Schedule Management skills
· Experience reading and extracting information for an IMS schedule
· Experience with Jira or PowerShell scripts
· The ability to obtain and maintain a Special Access Program clearance is desired
