Reporting to the Manager of Pension Project Delivery, you will be a key contributor to major pension transformation initiatives, supporting alignment, readiness and successful delivery across business and technology partners.
This role requires a proactive connector, someone who sees the big picture, navigates complexity, builds trusted relationships, and confidently facilitates cross-functional work. You will play an important role in driving execution, uncovering risks early, and ensuring our teams stay coordinated and accountable.
What will you do:
- Drive delivery results: support the creation and execution of kickoff materials, schedules, resource coordination, and delivery milestones.
 - Facilitate effectively: lead cross-functional discussions, plan and run meetings, ensure clarity of decisions, next steps and owners.
 - Bridge the big picture with the details: connect the dots across workstreams, dependencies, timelines, risks and decision points.
 - Champion risk and issue management: proactively identify risks and barriers, develop mitigation options, and escalate effectively when needed.
 - Communicate with purpose: translate complex information into clear, concise updates for delivery teams, sponsors, and executives.
 - Model strong stakeholder engagement: build relationships based on trust, credibility and responsiveness.
 - Own governance quality and improvements: support project delivery structure and consistency, recommend improvements that enhance coordination, efficiency and cross-team alignment.
 - Ensure accountability: surface gaps, follow up on pending tasks and ensure deliverables stay on track.

Who you are:
- Delivery-focused problem solver who is curious and asks the right questions to uncover needs and challenge assumptions.
 - Listens actively and plays back what is heard to align teams and clarify understanding.
 - Can influence without authority, leading cross-functional stakeholders toward shared solutions.
 - Thrives in ambiguous environments and knows how to create structure from complexity.
 - Communicates with confidence: written, verbal and in facilitation settings.
 - Is detail-oriented and able to zoom out to keep the strategic view clear.

To succeed in this role, you have:
- A university/college degree with a focus in management, operations, or equivalent practical experience
 - 3+ years of project delivery experience with an ability to support multiple projects and changing priorities under tight deadlines with multiple stakeholders
 - Willingness to learn and take on new opportunities
 - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
 - Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
 - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
 - Hands on experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project and other project management tools
 - Ability to easily build rapport with others, including team members, peers, and executives
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
 - Knowledge of pension plans, systems and processes is an asset
 - Project Management Professional (PMP)/Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is an asset
