What You’ll Do
Account Assignment & Capacity Tracking - Manage TAM-to-account assignments, monitor workload and capacity, support succession planning, and coordinate backup coverage to ensure ongoing customer engagement.
Salesforce & Initiative Tracking - Handle Salesforce tasks, including account reassignment, data validation, and Chatter communications. Track key initiatives (e.g., FY26 goals) and provide timely updates to ES/PS leadership.
Webinar & Demo Coordination - Own the topic planning, speaker coordination and GT collaboration for production and delivery.
PS Operations & SOW Management - Support Professional Services by managing Discovery Call scheduling, Work Order creation, and the full SOW and DocuSign process, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Project Resource Coordination - Allocate resources to PS implementation projects and ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope.
Project Monitoring & Scope Control - Track project progress (hours or deliverables), flag delays or scope changes, and take proactive steps to keep timelines and deliverables on track.
Reporting & Stakeholder Communication - Generate weekly project reports to assess overall performance. Communicate key updates clearly to clients and internal teams.
Client & Account Team Support - Ensure client needs are met efficiently and account teams are supported throughout project delivery.
Project Control & Budget Tracking - Use scheduling and control tools to monitor plans, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
Presentation & Document Support - Collaborate with department and functional heads to create presentations, reports, and supporting documents for internal or external use.
Other Duties as Assigned - Provide flexible support across the ES and PS teams as required.
Experience You’ll Bring
Post-secondary education in a technical, business, or project management-related field
1–3 years of experience in project coordination, professional services, or operations support, ideally in a SaaS or technology environment
Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with project tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or Jira is a strong asset
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a track record of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills, verbal, written, and presentation, with the ability to engage stakeholders across teams and seniority levels
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement focus and a constructive approach to problem-solving
Adaptable and comfortable with shifting priorities, evolving projects, and dynamic team needs
Actively pursuing or working toward PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification
Experience assisting in the creation of Statements of Work (SOWs) and supporting project documentation in partnership with delivery or implementation teams
