Job Description Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of portfolio data for Real Estate workstreams assessment delivery, including separability assessments. This role involves reviewing lease agreements, liaising with the group legal team, coordinating with the Data Management (DM) team, liaising with 3rd party consultant on portfolio guidance and information supply for separability report preparation, and managing the Horizon and MCI uplift project to resolve restructuring barriers.

About the Role:

  • Portfolio Data Preparation: Collect, analyze, and prepare portfolio data for Real Estate workstreams assessment delivery. Conduct separability assessments and other related evaluations as required.
  • Lease Agreement Review: Review lease agreements to ensure compliance and identify key terms and conditions. Work closely with the group legal team to address any legal concerns or discrepancies in lease agreements.
  • Liaison and Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between the Real Estate team and the group legal team. Coordinate with other workstreams on requested data mapping, such as legal entity mapping for all leases and properties, staff location, etc.
  • Project Management: Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of project activities. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive and organized records of all project-related documents and data. Prepare regular status reports and updates for senior management and stakeholders.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within the Corporate Real Estate sector especially in data handling, transition or projects. Experience in banking sector would be an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of lease agreements and legal terminology.
  • Experience working with data management systems and tools.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
