As a Project Control Officer (PCO), you will play a key role within the Operations and Project Control team of the Strategy and Performance Vice-Presidency in monitoring, governing, and performing the project portfolio, ensuring data reliability, process compliance, and project team support.

What you will accomplish with us

As a Project Control Officer (PCO), you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

• Manage the investment project lifecycle: creation, updating, and closure in corporate systems, ensuring rigor and compliance with governance processes.

• Manage users and data in Planview™ planning software.

• Create, modify, and track investment portfolio budgets.

• Enter project-related expenses.

• Perform necessary control and quality assurance of various indicators and processes under the team's responsibility.

• Perform month-end operations and forward accounting information to the appropriate departments.

• Ensure the compliance and validity of data recorded in various systems and correct it as necessary.

• Participate in process optimization and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

• Design administrative tools and templates, promote their use, and implement various administrative procedures.

• Provide local support to project managers, portfolio managers, sector project controllers, and project resources.

• At the request of your manager, develop, propose, and take charge of various training programs.

What could accelerate your success in this position

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a college diploma in computer science, administration, or a related field, combined with at least one (1) year of experience in a similar role.

• Is proficient in Microsoft 365 tools (particularly advanced Excel).

• Has a basic understanding of project management concepts and demonstrates an interest in administrative and analytical aspects.

• Stands out for their strong customer service and collaborative work skills.

• Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders;

• Demonstrates a high degree of autonomy, organization, and resourcefulness in managing priorities;

• Is known for their thoroughness, attention to detail, and meticulousness in data processing.

• Intermediate level of English required, as the person will be required to collaborate with English-speaking internal and external partners on a regular basis.

• Knowledge of Planview™ is a significant asset.
