  • Review and workshop skeleton content with CS pre‑production to meet learner needs and team content standards.
  • Manage and prioritize analytical requests in partnership with the analyst and content strategists to inform decisions.

  • Operationalize program KPIs and success metrics; build and maintain dashboards; run milestone health reviews; translate insights into prioritized program bets.
  • Lead risk and issue management for the portfolio; identify critical path dependencies, define mitigations and manage escalations through resolution.
  • Ensure content systems, taxonomies and information architecture scale globally; partner on localization strategy and quality bar for global markets.

  • Demonstrated resource and budget stewardship across portfolios, including capacity planning, vendor management and forecasting.
  • Mastery of risk management and governance, including dependency mapping, mitigations and post‑mortems/retros.
  • Experience partnering with content strategists and analysts to prioritize requests and act on insights.
  • Deep familiarity with content systems and information architecture.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as communications, education or business, or equivalent experience.

In‑Office Requirement Statement:

  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we’re not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
