Job Description:

Oversee a complex program that drives impactful mission outcomes for our customer as a Program Analyst Principal at GDIT, where you’ll see the bigger picture on mission initiatives. Our work depends on a Program Analyst Principal joining our program to own and manage the risk management process and to work proactively, collaboratively, and with an entrepreneurial spirit in providing O&M support to the customer and their Stakeholder communities in achieving their critical missions. As the risk management analyst, you will be responsible for assessing and identifying potential risks related to O&M of OBIM's environment. You will analyze data, trends, and market conditions (including risks registered in the DHS risk database relating to OBIM) to develop strategies for minimizing risk, maximizing opportunities, and protecting assets and investments. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the long-term stability and success of the program by suggesting and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies. You will analyze and define potential loss areas and determine appropriate type and level of loss protection to be insured.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
• Performs complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program
• Identify all Risks, Issues, and Opportunities (RIOM) that impact the program
• Meet with government peers and represent program at risk forums
• Work with technical teams to develop risk plans
• Contribute to Measurement & Analysis processes; facilitate monthly program management reviews
• Solicit and organize various inputs (KPIs, metrics) from program teams
 
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
• Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
• Required Experience: 8+ years of related experience
• Security Clearance Level: Public Trust (DHS HQ EOD required to start; must be able to obtain DHS HQ Final Suitability)
• Required Skills and Abilities: Good communication and  problem solving, skills; familiarity with MS Office suite tools and automated analytical tools
• Preferred Skills: 10+ years of related experience; degree in computer engineering, computer science, information systems, or related technical discipline; experience with ITIL Risk Management, Service Delivery processes, and SalesForce

The likely salary range for this position is $108,800 - $147,200. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
