Program Manager I
$77,637 – 109,748 / year minimum starting pay

Job Location: Columbia, Missouri
Shelter maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in geographic location, education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands. Please remember that this range is the starting base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position.
What You Will Be Doing:
Guide and facilitate a program across multiple teams and with business partners.
What We're Looking For:
- Typically requires 1-5 years of agile project delivery experience, including at least a year in a team leadership role.
- Program or project management certifications, that demonstrates ability to lead large efforts effectively, help groups collaborate, and continuously improve.
- Demonstration of strong teamwork and decision-making skills.
- Thorough analytical, mathematical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills including presentation skills.
- Responsible for highly accurate work and attention to details.
- Proven emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
- Thorough business acumen in your area, or the ability to learn, to understand and contribute in business conversations with assigned team.
- Thorough technical acumen in your area, or the ability to learn, to assist on technical tasks for assigned team(s) as needed.
- Thorough knowledge of Agile methodologies and provides effective training to assigned program on Enterprise Portfolio Standards.
- Ability to perform essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
