Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Advanced degree or professional certification preferred.
PMP certification desirable.
8–10 years of related program or project management experience, with proven success leading large-scale, complex business or technology initiatives.
Prior product management experience in an Agile environment.
Working knowledge of SharePoint and collaboration tools.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence).
Demonstrated ability to partner across business functions to deliver programs that support organizational goals.
Project management experience or formal training strongly preferred.
Experience in environments where leaders wear multiple hats—from strategy through execution—particularly in evolving or maturing organizations.
A strategic thinker and influencer who can see both the forest and the trees.
A skilled communicator who builds trust and alignment across technical and non-technical teams.

Salary Range
$109,600 - $140,100
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors, which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location
