As Program Manager II, you will oversee and advance multiple projects, guiding assignments through each phase of delivery. You will focus on implementing new improvement initiatives, identifying issues, and solving problems as they arise. This role oversees credentialing compliance and participates in financial activities for both employed and visiting trainees ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.

A caregiver in this position works days from 8:00 a.m. –4:30 p.m.

This is a hybrid role after the 90-day new-hire period, requiring 1 day in the office (JJ South) and 4 days working from home.

Caregivers are welcome to work in the office more frequently if they prefer.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

  • Oversee three main areas: Credentialing & Compliance, Visiting Trainee Process, and Financials (including CMS reimbursement), developing systems and strategies to effectively manage these functions.

  • Develop, implement, manage and maintain operational systems and activities.

  • Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community.

  • Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.

  • Allocate time to meet completion requirements.

  • Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.

  • Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field and three years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training

  • OR Associate’s Degree and five years of experience

  • OR Master’s Degree and two years of experience

  • Demonstrated teamwork, leadership, organizational, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills 

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

  • Data analysis experience in a healthcare setting

  • GME experience

  • Education experience

  • Financial experience running billing reports and working with Care Management (CM) and billing for VA accounts

Physical Requirements: 

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods

  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
