As a Program Evaluation and Resource Manager, you will provide mission-critical support to EUCOM, driving effective program evaluation, workforce alignment, and organizational improvement initiatives.

You’ll analyze and assess complex programs, integrate EUCOM and DoD policies, and streamline staff processes to enhance mission performance. Your expertise in program management, policy development, and quantitative analysis will enable leadership to make informed, data-driven decisions. You’ll also oversee task management systems, ensuring timely and coordinated communication across the staff to keep operations on track. You Have:

  • Experience collaborating with senior government and military personnel to design and implement workforce management strategies
  • Experience with workforce management, program management, or assisting with policy development
  • Experience advising leadership on organizational design, staff administration, and workforce processes to improve efficiency and alignment with strategic goals
  • Experience in communication and stakeholder engagement, and collaborating across teams to align evaluation outcomes with organizational priorities
  • Experience leading program evaluation initiatives, including developing performance metrics, analyzing outcomes, and providing data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Ability to provide organizational and administrative support while effectively managing and allocating resources to enhance coordination, communication, and overall program impact
  • Ability to manage and improve task management processes, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant staff actions
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in a Public Policy, Administration, Management, or Business field and 6+ years of experience working in a professional environment, or Master’s degree in a Public Policy, Administration, Management, or Business field and 4+ years of experience working in a professional environment

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) organizations, particularly at the Combatant Command level
  • Experience aligning Combatant Command (CCMD) or DoD workflows with mission objectives
  • Experience conducting quantitative analysis and applying data-driven insights to program evaluation
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite programs, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Possession of excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills, including briefing senior leaders and preparing high-quality reports and presentations

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
